Fulfilling for non-preorders usually takes anywhere from 10 to 15 business days.
Shipping times mentioned below refer once the order has been already fulfilled and tracking code has been provided / updated.
Days to arrive depend on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary.

EUROPE

UNITED STATES
Orders to the US include in the pricing an additional percentage for custom duties and fees that are paid once the order is processed. These costs are not applied by us but by the US government and it’s their government who benefits from them. No refunds are given over this or any matter.
INTERNATIONAL
Standard (Tracked) 15 - 25 days
We will never be responsible of the lost or damaged packages when the buyer selects untracked shipping methods. It is the buyer responsability to acknowledge that this shipping method has no way to track your order and we cannot know if you received or not your order. By selecting that shipping method, you hold all responsability and knowledge that if your package gets lost, no refunds will be issued nor replacements.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, but consider some countries may apply import taxes. Buyers are fully responsible for the payment of taxes if applicable.
- Shipping fee is non-refundable.
Attention
- For international orders, please be sure to enter a valid phone number at check out. Without a phone number, DHL/UPS international express shipping will not be able to make a delivery.
- We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect shipping addresses or missing phone numbers from the original order. We are also not responsible if you ignored any pickup notice from the shipping carrier, resulting in the loss of the package. We will not be held liable for misplaced or lost packages by shipping carrier nor offer a refund.
- Packages shipped to non-EU countries might get charged for duty tax. However, we do not take any responsibility for customs taxes. If you refuse a package due to taxes, no refund. It is the client's responsibility to assume any fees involved at any stage of the shipping. Whether shipping returns, import/export duties or any type of tax applied.If the recipient refuses the package they are responsible for the fees associated, the cost of the item, and shipping cost of returning the package back to our facilities.
If a package gets returned to us because the client did not attend their tracking, a fee equal the shipping fee initially paid must be supported in order to reship the parcel plus the return costs. We are a small business and we cannot afford to cover any reshipment / return expenses nor shipping costs, but we will gladly cover the new reshipment packaging and adhesive label.
If the client after the package being returned does not want the package anymore, they can give it up but no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
