What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Refunds are not allowed. We can not be held responsible if the items you purchased arrive broken or damaged during shipping. Orders that have been processed won't be elegible for cancellations.
It is the client's responsibility to check all their shipping info is correct. We won't be able to modify any shipping information once the order is registered.
The client MUST always check the shipping status of their order. Once the order has shipped we do not hold any responsibility for the order.
Products are non-refundable and orders are non-cancellable once the processing has started (2 hours after the order has been made)
If the client does not pick up their order the shipping company will consider it lost and we won't be able to hold responsible for the customer's unattended package. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
If a package gets returned to us because the client did not attend their tracking, a fee equal the shipping fee initially paid must be supported in order to reship the parcel plus the return costs. We are a small business and we cannot afford to cover any reshipment / return expenses nor shipping costs, but we will gladly cover the new reshipment packaging and adhesive label.
If the client after the package being returned does not want the package anymore, they can give it up but no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
If we accidentally deliver the wrong item, we will generate a return label so the client can return it.
It is the client's responsibility to assume any fees involved at any stage of the shipping. Whether shipping returns, import/export duties or any type of tax applied.If the recipient refuses the package they are responsible for the fees associated, the cost of the item, and shipping cost of returning the package back to missamethysa.com.
If the client suffer from any allergies or any type of skin condition, it is their responsability to make sure to consult with their trusted dermatologist to ensure our jewelry works for them. In no way we are responsible for any reaction individually caused by the products due to each individual autonomy and body response. If by any mean the client considers that they have allergies or that it might affect them, it is their full responsability to consult a doctor before wearing our products, we will not offer refunds because the client has skin conditions, being aware of these or not. It is the clients fully responsibility’s to check the size chart and measure themselves before ordering, we do not allow apparel refunds nor jewelry due hygienic reasons.
We do not offer returns nor exchanges if products purchased during pre-order have any type of variation, whether size, design, print, pattern, texture, details or pattern if product turns out different. Pre-orders are evolving projects and by purchasing you agree to the risk they involve.
We do not offer any apparel exchanges, all sizes are shown in the product itself and client must order according to them.
